Job summary

Bergerat Monnoyeur recherche un mécanicien de réaffûtage/réconditioning pour réparer et rénover des composants (hydrauliques, moteurs, etc.) en atelier, selon les documents techniques et sous la supervision du responsable.

Le candidat doit posséder un Bac pro maintenance ou Bac+2 en mécanique/électricité ou une expérience équivalente, avec des compétences en hydraulique et électricité, et une sensibilité à la sécurité et à l’environnement.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat professionnel à Bac+2 en maintenance, mécanique ou ingénierie électrique ou expérience significative souhaitée.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes mécaniques, hydrauliques et électriques.
• Connaissance des documentations techniques et des normes de sécurité.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer réparations et rénovations de composants (hydraulique, moteurs, etc.) selon la documentation technique, sous supervision.
• Réaliser diagnostics de composants et commander les pièces nécessaires.
• Renseigner les rapports d’intervention et heures travaillées.
• Conseiller les opérateurs et assurer le respect des règlesSHS et environnementales.

Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchy, the reconditioning mechanic repairs andrenovates components (hydraulics, engines, etc.) in the workshop.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Carry out repairs (disassembly and reassembly, overhauls, etc.) on components (hydraulics, motors, etc.) based on technical documentation, under the supervision of your line manager
• Perform component diagnostics
• Identify and order the parts needed for the work
• Provide technical advice to workshop participants
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, exploded drawings, etc.)
• Fill in the various documents and business tools relating to operations and ensure the accuracy of the information entered (work reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION

• Guarantees the quality and deadlines of workshop work, under the supervision of his or her superiors
• Adheres to standard times
• Ensure that workstations and tools are properly maintained
• Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
• Know and strictly apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Diplomas and/or experience(s)

• Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or significant experience preferred

Specific knowledge(s)

• Knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
• Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functions, etc.)
• General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
