Insider One is seeking a solution consultant to drive pre-sales engagement and demonstrate how our marketing and customer engagement platform meets client needs. You will translate prospect goals into Insider One value, craft tailored demos, and coordinate technical responses during RFIs/RFPs.

Work with sales to align requirements with product capabilities, maintain awareness of the roadmap, and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success for onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep understanding of Martech domain to qualify prospect goals and articulate Insider One's value offering
• Engage with prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during the pre-sales process
• Contribute to sales strategy by aligning prospect requirements with Insider One platform and products
• Craft personalized demos and presentations for business and technical audiences
• Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs and manage technical parts with internal teams
• Share market insights with Product Management and stay aware of the product roadmap
• Facilitate smooth handover of new clients to Customer Success during onboarding
• Support the sales team with tailored decks and use cases
