• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Strong communication abilities in English and French.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Insider One to our clients and bridge client needs with our technology.
• Help clients understand their needs and match features to goals.
• Ensure clients utilize technology effectively and receive world-class service.
• Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of our technology.
• Collaborate with engineers and product specialists when needed for tech support.
• Develop and maintain key account plans to boost value for clients.
• Provide feedback on market trends and unmet needs to drive impact.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Plan strategies to meet client objectives and propose ideas for product enhancements.
