AvePoint is seeking a Distribution Marketplace Program and Enablement Specialist to coordinate channel operations and marketplace readiness for AvePoint products across commercial marketplaces. You will manage product content, pricing readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure accurate listings and smooth purchasing paths.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Distribution Operations, Channel, and cross-functional teams to enable distributors and drive scalable distribution

Qualifications

• Experience supporting channel operations, distribution programs, marketplace operations, or a related go-to-market function.
• Strong understanding of marketplace workflows including listings, SKU setup, pricing coordination, and purchasing journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor-facing and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across product content, pricing inputs, and marketplace data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with Product Marketing, Distribution Operations, Channel, RevOps and regional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Marketplace Relationship Management: maintain vendor and marketplace relationships and improve purchasing experience by updating listings and reflecting product, pricing, and availability changes.
• Stakeholder Enablement and Coordination: support distributor stakeholders with guidance and follow-up; partner with Distribution Operations to resolve platform issues and communicate changes.
• Operational and Marketing Collaboration: manage listing content, pricing inputs, SKU integration, and releases with Product Marketing and other teams to ensure readiness.
• Marketplace Data and Workflow Readiness: understand channel workflows and data flows to keep marketplace execution accurate and scalable.
