Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks a Marketing Operations Assistant to support European deployment of marketing content to points of sale, create templates, and manage in-store assets.

You will update the dealer portal, assist with POS materials, contribute to a three-year POS strategy, and produce video content with AI tools to support adoption of Channel Marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing/commerce or comparable field.
• Initial practical experience with content management systems desirable.
• Strong MS Office proficiency required.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Creative, independent work style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Support European deployment of marketing content to points of sale via country subsidiaries.

• Support the Channel Marketing Asset Manager and serve as primary contact for users.

Overview

The role supports the European deployment of marketing content to points of sale via country subsidiaries, including creating and distributing marketing templates on the appropriate platforms and managing in-store assets and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the European deployment of marketing content to points of sale via country subsidiaries: creating and distributing marketing templates on the appropriate platforms
• Manage implementation of in-store assets
• Update the storage platform
• Support the Channel Marketing Asset Manager
• Manage user accounts and serve as point of contact for internal and external users and service providers
• Support the brand\'s dealer marketing projects with a focus on the retail store
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement them in collaboration with the instore marketing team
• Support the deployment of point-of-sale assets
• Assist with the three-year point-of-sale strategy
• Produce video content using AI tools to support adoption of Channel Marketing tools
• Maintain the dealer portal intranet for marketing content
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the 3D store layout tool
• Provide primary support for updating and optimizing point-of-sale materials (dealer price list, dealer onboarding playbook, etc.)

Requirements

• Degree from a business school or university (marketing/commerce) or comparable field with a specialization in marketing
• Initial practical experience with content management systems is desirable
• Strong command of MS Office applications
• Very good written and spoken English
• Creative working approach and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment
