Dott is seeking a driven intern for the Market Development team in Paris, joining a hybrid setup (3 days/week in the Paris office). You will participate in strategic analysis, bid management, and cross-functional collaboration to expand Dott’s footprint across Europe and the Middle East.

The role involves bid writing, project coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of responses, with fluency in French and English and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Currently in the final semester of studies in business, political science, or a related field.
• Previous internship or project work in strategy consulting, project management, mobility, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; other European languages are a plus.

• Project Management: Support bid workstreams, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Bid writing: Deliver high-quality bids tailored to local context; leverage existing resources and create new material; ensure responses are structured and compelling.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work with product, commercial, and hardware teams to gather inputs for offers.
• Process improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements of bid management processes and tools.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT

Full-time, 6 months and hybrid (3 days/week in the Paris office).

You will be part of the Market Development team. The team is responsible for strengthening and expanding Dott’s footprint across Europe and the Middle East, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic analysis: Work with the project team to identify city needs and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Project Management: Support in managing key bid workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Bid writing: Deliver high-quality bids tailored to local context and city requirements; leverage Dott’s existing resources and create new, relevant material where needed; ensure all responses are structured, clear, and compelling. Bid execution is a key component of the role.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g., product, commercial, hardware) to gather inputs and formulate requests to strengthen our offers.
• Process improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and tools to increase team efficiency.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Currently in the final semester of studies in business, political science, or a related field.

Experience: Previous internship or project work in strategy consulting, project management, mobility, or a related field is a plus.

Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Highly detail-oriented and proactive; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Structured & compelling writing skills in both French and English. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines. Comfortable working with G-Suite tools (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets).

Language: Fluent in French and English (other European languages are a plus).
