Powerdot in France is seeking a Senior GTM Coordinator to identify and validate new partnership-led growth opportunities in France. You will combine analysis, commercial thinking and cross-functional execution to turn promising ideas into tests and measurable outcomes, coordinating Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data and Brand teams.

You will lead opportunities from initial outreach through launch and review, setting targets, analysing results and deciding on scaling or adaptation.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or in an operating role at a fast-growing company.
• Comfort opening conversations where no established relationship or inbound pipeline exists.
• Ability to structure a partnership proposal and think through its practical and commercial implications.
• Analytical and able to connect work to measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly and stopping ideas that do not work.
• Organised, proactive and able to coordinate several teams without losing ownership.
• Relationships or experience across consumer services, financial services, automotive, leasing, retail, utilities or fleet in France.
• Experience in EV charging, energy or mobility.
