Dott is seeking a Central Policy & Sustainability Intern to join our Market Development team in Paris. You will analyze data, prepare policy reports, and help manage sustainability projects that improve city partnerships and mobility outcomes.

Ideal candidates are in the final semester of business, political science, or sustainability studies, with strong English communication and a passion for data-driven public affairs.

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final semester of studies in business, political science, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or project work in policy analysis, communications, corporate sustainability, or mobility is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to translate complex data into insights. Proficiency with G-Suite tools. Data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau, GIS) are a plus. Ability to plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Highly collaborative and proactive; eager to learn.
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).

  • Policy analysis: collect and analyze data points from rider surveys, internal databases, and desk research to strengthen policy argumentation and inform recommendations to cities.
  • Report writing: deliver high-quality reports on sustainability, safety, mode shift, and parking for city officials, investors, and the public.
  • Project management: support cross-functional projects to track, improve, and certify the sustainability of our service.
  • Process improvement: contribute to ongoing improvements of processes and tools to increase team efficiency.

THIS IS US Dott is the European champion of shared micromobility. Created through the merger of operators TIER and Dott in March 2024, the company decided to move forward under the single app and brand Dott. Central Policy & Sustainability Role: 6-month Internship, on-site Location: Paris As the Central Policy & Sustainability Intern, you will be at the heart of our global public affairs and sustainability strategy. You will contribute to projects to demonstrate and advance Dott’s city partnership and sustainability performance.

About the Team You will be part of the Market Development team. The team is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with city partners and expanding Dott’s footprint across Europe and the Middle East.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT Policy analysis: Collect and analyze data points from rider surveys, internal databases, and desk research to strengthen policy argumentation & inform recommendations to cities. Report writing: Deliver high-quality reports that showcase Dott’s leadership on key topics (e.g. sustainability, safety, mode shift, parking) to be shared with city officials, investors, and the general public. Project management: Support in managing cross-functional projects to track, improve, and certify the sustainability of our service (e.g. carbon footprint calculations). Process improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to increase team efficiency.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Currently in the final semester of studies in business, political science, sustainability, or a related field. Experience: Previous internship or project work in policy analysis, communications, corporate sustainability, or mobility is a plus. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to translate complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand insights. Proficiency with G-Suite office tools (or similar). Additional data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau, GIS) are a plus. Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Highly collaborative and proactive; eager to learn. Language: Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
