Powerdot seeks a hands-on operator to identify and validate partnership-led growth opportunities in France. You will combine analysis, commercial thinking and cross-functional execution to turn promising ideas into well-designed tests and measurable outcomes.

You will design partnership propositions, own execution from outreach to launch, and set targets with clear success measures. Collaboration across Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Brand is essential to keep momentum and learning at

How You’ll Shape Our Story

• Explore new sectors and partner types in France and turn promising opportunities into clear business cases.
• Help design partnership propositions and pilots, including scope, value exchange and success measures.
• Take ownership of execution from first outreach through launch and performance review.
• Set targets, analyse results and recommend whether to scale, adapt or stop.
• Coordinate colleagues in Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data and Brand while keeping momentum and accountability.
• Document learning so successful approaches can be repeated and unsuccessful ones are not repeated.
• Support a clean handover when an opportunity grows into an established activity.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have experience in consulting or in an operating role at a fast-growing company.
• You are comfortable opening conversations where no established relationship or inbound pipeline exists.
• You can structure a partnership proposal and think through its practical and commercial implications.
• You are analytical and can connect your work to measurable business outcomes.
• You are comfortable experimenting, learning quickly and stopping ideas that do not work.
• You are organised, proactive and able to coordinate several teams without losing ownership.
• Also valuable:
• Relationships or experience across consumer services, financial services, automotive, leasing, retail, utilities or fleet in France.
• Experience in EV charging, energy or mobility.
• Experience in a company where the commercial model was still being developed.
