Greystar in Charlotte, NC seeks a Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and ensure property standards. Responsibilities include handling work orders, preparing vacant units for leasing, maintaining grounds, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring completion of tasks.
• Manages materials by tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing surfaces, and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible and using tools and materials efficiently.

Formation

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
