KONE is seeking a field service professional to manage customer relationships on-site, ensure safety, and drive service quality across maintenance visits. You will communicate proactively with on-site contacts, report work in real time, and uphold the ambassador attitude toward customers.

You will coordinate end-user safety, plan visits with the supervisor, handle stock and tools, report progress, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety instructions and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed).
• Ensure accurate real‑time reporting of work performed at the equipment level for e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact person and end-users with an Ambassador attitude.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance; manage the site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisor; take immediate action on site for high risk and apply escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, obtain on-site approval if not covered by the contract, and perform them.
• Oversee end-users and site safety; ensure safe working environment.
• Plan service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, repairs) respecting schedule, time limits, quality standards, and processes.
• Effectively plan workload with service supervisor and raise sales leads.
• Provide precise back reporting of work and submit timesheets.
• Manage proximity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfers), identify spare needs and request spares from supervisor.
• Keep service tooling, van, instruments, etc., safe, maintained and in good condition.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of products, methods and safety by feedback to PCM and supervisor.
• Update supervisor regularly on all relevant information.
• Be familiar with lift technology and attend proposed training; may train others as nominated.
