Job summary

IXO Inc. is seeking an experienced legal professional to analyse M&A, private-equity and capital-markets documents and draft representative clauses.

You will research legal questions, assess corporate or commercial-litigation scenarios, and annotate issues involving transaction structure, privacy and cross-border work. Ideal candidates hold a US JD with active US bar admission and have recent BigLaw experience handling complex deals, with strong drafting and research skills to support

Qualifications

A US JD and active US bar admission.
Experience at an AmLaw 100 or comparable leading firm, including complex transactions and related litigation.
Current BigLaw practice or experience within the past three years is especially relevant to corporate-document review.
Strong deal drafting, M&A/private-equity expertise and careful legal research.
Experience explaining legal judgments across disciplines or applying review rubrics.

Responsibilities

Analyse M&A, private-equity and capital-markets documents and draft representative clauses.
