Qualifications

• Five plus years in senior deal execution or equivalent experience in M&A or advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Research companies and industries for buyer/target screening.
• Build, update and troubleshoot Excel valuation and transaction models.
• Review comparable-company analysis, pitch materials and deal rationale.
• Trace effects of accounting treatments, valuation adjustments and sensitivities.
• Identify numerical errors and unclear reasoning; provide actionable feedback.
