IXO Inc. is seeking a contract-reviewer to evaluate technology-contract work through simulated negotiations and redlines. You will apply clear review standards and explain where a proposed response misses risk or misreads an agreement.

This remote, part-time role requires 1–3 years of transactional experience (MSAs and NDAs), strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to explain legal issues across disciplines. Compensation is USD hourly, with rates between $74 and $95 per hour.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of transactional experience in a firm or in-house role.
• Experience with MSAs and NDAs.
• Clear written and spoken communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Complete sample negotiations and contract mark-ups.
• Review AI answers to contract scenarios and provide specific corrections.
• Apply scoring criteria consistently to legal reasoning and drafting.
• Help improve guidance and examples with other reviewers.
