Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years direct negotiating and redlining of commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor/SaaS).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Ability to give precise written judgments about contract changes.

Responsibilities

• Review negotiation transcripts with proposed edits.
• Assess legal and commercial judgment in redlines.
• Write clear reasons and identify missed issues.
