Qualifications

• At least three years of direct commercial-contract negotiation and redlining experience.
• Ability to express contract judgments precisely and apply review criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Read negotiation exchanges and identify important issues.
• Assess the appropriateness and precision of proposed redlines.
• Explain weaknesses through structured written feedback.
• For technology-contract tasks, produce sample edits and objective grading criteria for MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and ISDA provisions.
