Pluxee International is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join its Legal Department. Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, you will work on compliance, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions in a multinational context.

You should have a French law degree and 5+ years of corporate legal experience, with strong English and French communication. Dutch experience or education would be a plus. The role requires rigorous, autonomous, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage housekeeping of Pluxee N.V. with external counsels.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations in applicable countries.
• Assist in preparing AGM and drafting annual reports and regulated disclosures.
• Contribute to long-term incentive plan documentation and share programs.
• Support corporate governance and related policy implementations.
