Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer for Territory South based in Lyon, France. You will support the sales team technically, lead pre-sales discussions, and educate customers on Fortinet networking and security solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in pre-sales and network administration, strong DNS/TCP/IP knowledge, and fluent English. This role focuses on delivering technical excellence in customer engagements and post-sales training where needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support.
• 5–8 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong knowledge of DNS/NFS/SMTP/HTTP/TCP/IP.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate customers on features and integrations.
• Converse with customers about routing, switching, VPN, and security considerations.
• Provide post-sales training and support as needed.
