Fortinet in France seeks a Systems Engineer for the Public Sector to support the sales organization with technical pre-sales, on sales calls, and customer education about Fortinet networking and security solutions across the North East Territory.

The role requires 5–8 years in pre‑sales/SE roles, strong LAN/WAN experience, DNS/NFS/SMTP/HTTP, IPsec and firewall expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN network services and security protocols
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales)
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate customers on features, specs and functionality
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions; provide post‑sales training as needed
