Voodoo, a leading French tech company known for mobile games and apps, is seeking a Workplace Excellence Specialist to join its Corporate team in Paris. You will deliver a world-class daily office experience with luxury hospitality standards, and drive continuous improvement through structured vendor and project management.

Key responsibilities include monitoring ambiance and amenities, defining hotel-grade standards, managing snacks and the coffee program, and coordinating improvement projects

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-end offices or premium environments.
• Strong project management discipline: draft specs, track budgets & timelines, manage providers to delivery.
• Exceptionally high quality standards and demanding of service providers.
• Proactive and satisfaction-driven: anticipates needs and pushes back constructively.

Responsabilités

• Hospitality: monitor and elevate sensory touchpoints across the office (ambience, music, scents, lighting, snacks, coffee, food presentation).
• Ambiance: refresh the office with new plants, objects, books, posters and playlists every 2–3 months.
• Housekeeping: define hotel-grade daily standards and conduct inspections with a dedicated resource for urgent interventions.
• Snacking Experience: collaborate on seasonality, product rotations, tastings, merchandising and premium coffee experiences.
• Improvement Project Management: identify opportunities, draft proposals with budgets and timelines, and seek validation before launch, then lead end-to-end execution.
• Vendor Relations & Delivery Tracking: manage service providers, enforce SLAs, maintain a structured log, and provide weekly visibility to the Workplace Manager.
