A leading gaming technology firm in Paris is looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist to support the HR team with operational tasks, ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You will manage the HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements, and assist with payroll and employee benefits. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of HR experience and are proficient in French and English.

Qualifications

1-2 years progressive experience in an HR role is a plus.
Familiarity with payroll, benefits, immigration, and relocation processes is an advantage.
Eager to learn more about compliance, documentation, and payroll coordination.

Responsabilités

Own the delivery of operational HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Support payroll data processing and oversee employee benefits administration.

As a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes.
Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders.
Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status.
Support payroll data processing, including tracking bonuses, salary increases, and sick leave.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People and ensure our function is high-performing notably providing first-line support for HR inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee issues and escalating when necessary.

Profile

1-2 years progressive experience in an HR role (apprenticeship or junior-level experience in HR operations or administration is a plus)
Full proficiency in French and English
Understands basic HR processes and be eager to learn more about compliance, documentation, and payroll coordination
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
Problem-solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them
Great communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment
Team player and a good sense of humor are definitely a plus
Familiarity with payroll, benefits, immigration, relocation processes is an advantage
