A leading tech company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining core IT systems, and ensuring optimal IT service delivery for employees. A background in IT support, with strong customer service and communication skills in both English and French, is essential. Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Familiarity with Cloud, SaaS, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to identify and automate recurring IT issues.
• Ability to identify recurring issues and find automation opportunities.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage Level 1 and 2 IT tasks including troubleshooting and preparing systems.
• Ensure best IT services for employee experience.
• Maintain IT systems, operations, and hardware/software inventory.
• Track and maintain hardware/software inventory.
• Ensure meeting rooms and VC systems function properly.
• Document and update IT procedures.
• Contribute to IT projects and improvements.

Role

• You are responsable of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..)

• You help ensure IT Services delivers the best employee experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities

• You maintain core IT systems and operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications

• You track and maintain hardware and software inventory

• You ensure meeting rooms and VC systems are functioning properly

• You update and document the current IT procedures

• You contribute to IT projects and improvements

Profile

• You are passionate about IT and technology, with proven experience in a similar role or in a fast‑growing environment

• You have a modern approach to IT management (Cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace, etc.)

• You provide excellent customer service and have strong communication skills in English and French

• You are able to identify recurring issues and evaluate opportunities to automate them

• Experience with AI tools or technologies is a plus
