Voodoo, a leading French tech company known for mobile games and apps, is seeking a Workplace Excellence Specialist to join its Corporate team in Paris. You will deliver a world-class daily office experience with luxury hospitality standards, and drive continuous improvement through structured vendor and project management.

Key responsibilities include monitoring ambiance and amenities, defining hotel-grade standards, managing snacks and the coffee program, and coordinating improvement projects

Responsabilités

• Hospitality: monitor and elevate sensory touchpoints across the office (ambience, music, scents, lighting, snacks, coffee, food presentation).
• Ambiance: refresh the office with new plants, objects, books, posters and playlists every 2–3 months.
• Housekeeping: define hotel-grade daily standards and conduct inspections with a dedicated resource for urgent interventions.
• Snacking Experience: collaborate on seasonality, product rotations, tastings, merchandising and premium coffee experiences.
• Improvement Project Management: identify opportunities, draft proposals with budgets and timelines, and seek validation before launch, then lead end-to-end execution.
• Vendor Relations & Delivery Tracking: manage service providers, enforce SLAs, maintain a structured log, and provide weekly visibility to the Workplace Manager.

Role

We're looking for a Workplace Excellence Specialist to join our Corporate team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class daily office experience - managed to luxury hospitality standards - through rigorous operational discipline, continuous improvement, and structured vendor and project management.

• Hospitality : Monitor and continuously elevate every sensory touchpoint across the office: ambiance, music, scents, lighting, and the quality of snacks, coffee, drinks, and food presentation. Nothing is left to chance or habit

  • A 5-star eye across the whole floor : Conduct regular inspections to spot any flaw - wear, lighting, signage, damaged furniture - and trigger corrective actions immediately, with or without prior validation depending on the level of financial commitment involved

  • Ambiance : Refresh the office every 2–3 months with new plants, objects, books, posters, scents, and playlists. The space should always feel alive, curated, and evolving - never static

• Housekeeping : Define and enforce hotel-grade daily standards for cleaning, consumables, plant care, and light maintenance. Run systematic inspections and written audits to ensure every zone is consistently impeccable - and mobilize a dedicated resource for urgent interventions

• Snacking Experience : Collaborate closely with the team on seasonality, new product rotations, tastings, merchandising, and the coffee experience - curated to the standard of a premium lounge

• Improvement Project Management : Identify opportunities to elevate the space, formalize them into structured proposals (specifications, budget, timeline), and submit every project for Workplace Manager validation before launch. Own execution end-to-end through to handover

• Vendor Relations & Delivery Tracking : Act as the operational point of contact for all service providers in scope: frame interventions, enforce SLAs, and quality-check every completed delivery. Maintain a structured, always up-to-date log (by provider, intervention, and project - with status, deadline, and owner) and proactively share weekly visibility with the Workplace Manager, without ever needing to be prompted

Profile

• Proven experience managing the experience of high-end offices or premium establishments (luxury hospitality, palace hotels, or equivalent premium environments)

• Strong project management discipline: able to draft specifications, track budgets and timelines, and manage providers through to delivery

• Exceptionally high quality standards - demanding of themselves and of service providers alike

• Proactive and satisfaction-driven: anticipates needs rather than reacting to them

• Clear, structured communicator - comfortable raising concerns and constructively pushing back on providers without damaging relationships

• Autonomous and accountable within a small team, with a strong sense of ownership

• Able to build and independently maintain structured tracking and reporting systems, ensuring reliable visibility at all times

• Proficient in standard office tools; experience with Notion is a plus
