Voodoo, éditeur de jeux mobiles basé à Paris, recherche un(e) comptable Consolidation et Tax pour rejoindre l'équipe Finance. Vous gérez les comptes fournisseurs et clients, les rapprochements et participerez à la clôture mensuelle, en assurant l’exactitude des enregistrements et la traçabilité des pièces justificatives.

Vous travaillez sous la supervision du Head of Accounting, Consolidation and Tax et contribuerez à l’amélioration des méthodes tout en suivant les règles comptables françaises

Qualifications

• Diplôme Master en finance/comptabilité (école de commerce, engineering ou université).
• Expérience similaire dans un cabinet ou une start-up en forte croissance.
• Qualités: pragmatisme, rigueur, proactivité et envie de progresser dans une équipe proche.
• Organisé(e), orienté(e) détail et capable de prioriser.
• Maîtrise des règles comptables françaises.
• Maîtrise du pack Office; Excel. SAP by Design est un plus.
• Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral).
• Rigueur et communication claire.

Responsabilités

• Surveiller les rapprochements bancaires et les affectations bancaires.
• Assurer la gestion des comptes clients et fournisseurs et le suivi des factures et paiements.
• Garantir la fiabilité comptable et analytique des charges fournisseurs.
• Suivre les pièces justificatives des achats et des cartes Spendesk.
• Assurer le suivi administratif du département comptable (dossiers fournisseurs, archivage, etc.).
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations des méthodes de travail.
• Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe et partager les connaissances.
• Gestion des dépenses et déplacements des employés: vérification des notes de frais, voyages et événements, conformité à la politique interne et à la réglementation fiscale.

Role

Within the Finance team, reporting to the Head of Accounting, Consolidation and Tax, together with the rest of the team you will manage supplier, customer accounts, bank assignments and employee Expense & travel management. Also, within the team, a strong involvement is expected during the monthly closing process. Your missions :

• Monitor bank reconciliation statements and bank assignments
• Guarantee the handling of customers and suppliers accounts with the entry of invoices, payments and their follow-up
• Guarantee the reliability of the accounting and analytical charges of supplier invoices
• Monitor and following up on supporting documents for Procurement and Spendesk cards
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the accounting department (handling of supplier files, archiving, etc.)
• Propose improvements to working methods and help to implement these improvements
• Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, particularly by sharing knowledge and maintaining good working relationships
• Employee Expense & Travel Management: Review and validate employee expense reports, business travel expenses, team events, and commitment of reimbursable costs. Ensure strict adherence to the company's internal policy and current tax regulations.

Profile

• Education: Masters degree in finance / accounting (business school, engineering school, or university).
• Previous experiences in a similar position, preferably in a top accounting firm or in a fast growing start-up/scale-up environment
• Qualities: Pragmatic, rigorous, proactive, and eager to grow within a close-knit team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
• You have mastered the French accounting rules
• You are comfortable with the Office suite, including Excel, accounting software - SAP by Design is a nice plus
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Accountable, adaptable, and clear communicator.
