Coach, the luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in Lille to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, drive cross-selling, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to encourage repeat purchases. Maintain energy on the floor and support inventory and visual merchandising.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience operating POS systems and basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; able to read price/release sheets.

Aufgaben

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold brand standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and fashion advice; drive loyalty.
• Sell through cross-selling and upselling; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and follow up to close sales; source new customers.
