Acne Studios in Paris seeks a Chinese-speaking Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience and support daily operations on and off the shop floor.

You will assist in clienteling, manage omni-channel services, greet customers, ring clients, re-merchandise, and help maintain inventory while upholding exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales alongside Client Advisors in store.
• Provide seamless client interactions and luxury service.
• Support back-of-house operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with omnichannel services and hospitality.
