Moncler Group in Paris is seeking a Client Service Advisor fluent in English and German for a temporary contract from October 2026 to December 2026. You will deliver personalized, best-in-class service, addressing product, after-sales, and e-commerce inquiries with a luxury approach.

Experience in fashion/luxury retail, empathy, and strong IT skills are required; Italian is a plus. The role emphasizes upselling and maintaining top client relationships.

Qualifications

• First experience in Retail or luxury fashion customer service.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Additional European language (Italian) is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM and ticketing systems; strong IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer product, after-sales, corporate, and e-commerce inquiries via email, phone, and messaging with luxury service.
• Assist clients during e-commerce sales with cross/upsell opportunities.
• Accurately track client details using CRM systems and manage high‑priority cases.
• Maintain relationships with top clients and act as the voice of the customer.
