Acne Studios in Paris seeks a part-time Support & Hospitality Assistant for our Saint Honoré flagship. You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience, help with stock, fitting rooms, and boutique operations to reflect our luxury service standards.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, discretion, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Fluency in English is preferred; background checks may be performed.

• Previous customer-facing role within retail or hospitality.
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting the sales team.
• Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable while waiting to be assisted.
• Offer refreshments and provide hospitality services in line with Acne Studios' standards.
• Prepare fitting rooms and client appointments to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure products are presented and priced correctly.
