Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Localization Operations Manager to audit and redesign translation and localization end to end, from content creation to linguistic quality. You will challenge tooling and AI/MT workflows, define governance, and deliver a durable process and toolset for multiple language markets, not just one.

Qualifications

• Experience designing localization/internationalization tooling and MT/AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI-native workflows in software development and content management.
• Experience with multi-language products at scale; Italian, French or German localization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit current end-to-end localization workflow and define improvements.
• Evolve machine translation and AI-assisted tooling, including glossary ownership and governance.
• Define vendor and tooling strategy across language markets and update tool stack.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product, medical, and local go-to-market teams to roll out processes.
• Deliver a durable process and toolset by end of engagement.
