Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Localization Operations Manager to audit and redesign end-to-end translation and localization workflows across multiple language markets, integrating AI/MT tooling and governance. You will collaborate with engineering, design, product, medical, and local go-to-market teams to deliver a durable localization process and tooling.

The role requires experience in AI-native workflows, stakeholder management, and multi-market localization.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Localization Operations Manager designing localization/internationalization tooling and MT/AI-assisted workflows (hands-on).
• Strong proficiency in AI-native workflows as they relate to software development and content management; ability to build tooling solutions.
• Experience with multi-market, multi-language products at scale; Italian, French, or German localization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit current end-to-end localization workflow from content creation to QA and implement improvements.
• Evaluate and evolve AI-assisted translation tooling and glossary ownership, governance, and human review fit.
• Define vendor and tooling strategy for translation and linguistic quality across markets; update tool stack as needed.
• Design and rollout evolved processes in partnership with engineering, design, product, medical, and local go-to-market teams.
• Hand off a durable process and toolset by the end of the engagement.
