Job summary

Doctolib recherche un Localization Operations Manager en contrat à durée déterminée de 9 mois, basé en hybride à Paris ou Berlin. Vous auditez et réinventez les flux de traduction et localisation end-to-end, du contenu à l’ingénierie et à la QA linguistique.

Vous définissez et faites évoluer les workflows MT/AI, la gouvernance du glossaire et les classifications de contenu, tout en concevant une stratégie multi-marchés et en livrant un outil durable pour les marchés FR et DE.

Qualifications

• Expérience confirmée en gestion opérationnelle de localisation et en conception d’outillage d’internationalisation et de MT/IA.
• Maîtrise des flux de travail IA pour le développement logiciel et la gestion de contenu.
• Expérience sur des produits multi-marchés et multi-langues à grande échelle.
• Expérience de réduction des coûts ou amélioration de qualité/speed dans une operation de localisation.
• Gestion efficace des parties prenantes avec design, ingénierie et contenu.

Responsibilities

• Auditer et réinventer le flux de localisation et traduction end-to-end pour FR/DE/UK, définir et mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
• Évaluer et faire évoluer les outils de MT/IA, gouvernance du glossaire et classification du contenu, définir où la revue humaine s’inscrit.
• Définir une stratégie fournisseur et outils pour la traduction et la qualité linguistique multi-marchés; mettre à jour la stack outil si nécessaire.
• Concevoir et déployer des processus en collaboration avec ingénierie, design, produit, médical et équipes go-to-market locales.
• Handover d’un processus et d’un outil durable à la fin du contrat de 9 mois.

You will challenge our current tooling and AI/MT workflows, content ownership and governance models, integrate AI software development best practices, and leave behind a better process and toolset for multiple language markets, not just one.## **What you'll do*** Audit the current end-to-end localization and translation workflow for our three main markets, from source content definition through engineering execution to linguistic QA, defining and implementing improvements for an updated localization process.* Evaluate and evolve our use of machine translation and AI-assisted translation tooling, including glossary ownership and governance, content classification, and where and how human review fits in.* Define a vendor and tooling strategy for translation and linguistic quality a cross our language markets; updating our existing tool stack as needed.* Design and roll-out evolved processes in partnership with engineering, design, product, medical, and local go-to-market teams* Hand off a durable process and toolset by the end of the engagement.## **Who you are**Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.**You'll be a great fit if you:*** Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Localization Operations Manager, with hands-on experience designing and implementing localization/internationalization tooling and MT/AI-assisted translation workflows.* Strong proficiency in AI-native workflows as they relate to software development and content management. Can build tooling solutions, agents, and technical solutions where needed.* Experience with multi-market, multi-language products at scale.
