Job summary

TikTok LIVE in Paris is seeking a Business Development Manager (French Speaking) to own agency acquisition end to end, from lead generation to revenue. You will identify target segments for France, craft value propositions, and drive scalable partnerships with creators and agencies.

This role reports to the Country Manager and offers a fast-growing environment at the forefront of live streaming monetization and creator networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, growth marketing, strategy consulting, or a comparable analytical and commercial role.
• Strong analytical rigor: able to structure an undefined problem, design tests, read results, and make decisions from data rather than intuition.
• Demonstrated ownership of a project or business line built from scratch, in a fast-growing company, or an entrepreneurial venture.
• Commercial credibility: able to build a pitch, hold a conversation with a founder or business owner, and close.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own agency acquisition end to end, from lead generation and qualification through signature to new agency revenue at 90 days.
• Define and prioritize the target segments for France, identifying which partner profiles are most likely to build agencies that recruit creators at scale.
• Build and test the value proposition and pitch for each segment, using performance data to iterate.
• Design and run channel experiments to source qualified leads, measuring conversion and cost per signed agency to identify what scales.
• Sign the first reference partners in each promising segment and use their results to sharpen targeting and messaging.
• Set the quality standard for new agencies at entry, working with the agency team to ensure new partners start with a strong creator recruitment model from day one.
• Turn validated learnings into a documented acquisition and onboarding playbook that can be scaled and handed over.
• Report performance and insights to France and EU leadership, and inform how the France agency growth function should be structured as it scales.
