TikTok Shop in Paris is seeking a Home and Living Key Account Manager to acquire and grow top Home and Living brands across France and selected EU markets. As an individual contributor, you will open doors at the C-suite, close partnerships end-to-end, and drive scale through content, creator, and campaign activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, account management or similar field.
• Proven track record closing enterprise deals or signing major brand partnerships.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and aligning multiple decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of social commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats.
• Fluency in French to facilitate collaboration with French stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition pipeline for priority Home and Living brands in FR and selected EU markets, identifying, prospecting, pitching, and signing strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end commercial closings—from first outreach through onboarding and first 90 days of activation.
• Engage C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders and position TikTok Shop as a must-win channel.
• Navigate multi-market brand organisations, aligning local and EU teams around a shared partnership vision.
• Develop tailored acquisition pitches with category analysis, opportunity sizing, and competitive positioning.
• Drive growth for acquired partners through content, campaigns, price promotions, and operational readiness.
