Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to support leasing strategies, achieve occupancy targets, and maximize resident retention. The role involves touring properties, processing applications, screenings, and coordinating move-ins.

The position offers a base salary starting at €30,000 with potential on-site bonus programs, reflecting experience and performance. Fluency in English and French is preferred for daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales experience in hospitality or similar.
• Strong communication in French and English (verbal & written).
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsabilités

• Takes responsibility for all sales and letting activities, greeting and qualifying prospects.
• Conducts property tours, shows apartments and handles the complete process of applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepares the lease and move-in package and ensures a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Takes responsibility for all viewing activities, ensuring the property meets company standards and follow-up on calls.
• Executes lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting renewing residents and signing documents.
• Provides excellent customer service, responds promptly to resident concerns and documents requests.
• Maintains records and uses Yardi to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities.
• Organizes new initiatives for community building, events and activities.
