Capstone Properties, LLC in Merlimont-Plage seeks a Leasing Agent to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, you will handle office and leasing duties to support a high level of tenant satisfaction.

You will manage lead tracking, schedule tours, collect rent, and assist in mailings and move-ins. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent required; Business or Trade School preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answering the phone
• Leasing functions (lead tracking software, prospect follow-ups, generating new leads)
• Sorting the office mail
• Scheduling and completing tour appointments
• General filing
• Collects rent and writes receipts
• Photo copies checks and other material
• Assists in all mailings
• Places follow up maintenance calls to residents to survey quality of work performed by the maintenance staff
• Maintains log to document vendors working within the building
• Monitors supplies
• Completing and auditing lease files
• Preparing move-ins (keys, move in packets, walking units, etc)
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
