Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Service Delivery lead to manage technical administration, performance, and stability of SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SolMan, PI/PO, BTP).

The role requires leading a 12x5 team based in India, handling upgrades, patching, transport management, and DR procedures while coordinating transitions to steady state. Strong English communication and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in SAP Basis Administration with global delivery exposure.
• Min 3 years in a team-lead/tech-lead role coordinating cross-border teams.
• Hands-on with S/4HANA, ECC, SAP HANA, and Linux/Unix environments.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and lead Basis administrators; drive L3 issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SolMan, PI/PO, BTP).
• Perform kernel upgrades, SP updates, and database patching (HANA, Oracle).
• Monitor performance; tune parameters; ensure high availability.
• Manage batch jobs with Cronacle and $Universe; oversee transports.
• Administer TMS and system refreshes; ensure security compliance.
• Document SOPs and technical procedures for operations.
• Coordinate transition activities and shift services to steady state.
