Infosys is seeking a senior SAP Basis Lead Consultant to design, implement and maintain our SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability, peak performance and robust security across environments. You will align business needs with technical infrastructure and lead cloud migrations, S/4HANA transitions and landscape optimizations.

You will architect the SAP stack, steer migrations to cloud or hybrid setups, and define HA/DR and security standards.

Qualifications

• Rich hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration with 3+ years as SAP Lead Consultant.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager and Fiori.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.
• Proven track record delivering complex SAP migrations and upgrades.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain the overarching SAP landscape architecture.
• Lead cloud migrations to hybrid or cloud platforms (RISE, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Architect High Availability and Disaster Recovery, ensure security standards.
• Oversee S/4HANA conversions, OS/DB migrations and system upgrades.
• Monitor and optimize SAP performance, especially HANA databases.
• Mentor Level 3/4 Basis teams, provide technical leadership.
• Promote automation and IaC with tools like Ansible, Terraform.
