SAP SE is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Engineer for the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations team. You will contribute to daily operations and evolution of SAP’s Sovereign Cloud environments, focusing on reliability, security, performance, and availability of SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

You will design, implement, monitor, and optimize S/4HANA systems, support multi-system architectures, and participate in DR planning and on-call duties. A Bachelor’s degree and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• SAP experience, including hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in implementation, upgrade, or support of SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Initial exposure to Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
• Experience supporting SAP systems on Windows, Linux, and SAP HANA.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment with shift rotations and on-call duties.
• Commitment to regular office presence for collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Designing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA systems within the SAP Sovereign Cloud environment.
• Supporting the setup of multi-system landscape architectures and integrations across heterogeneous technologies.
• Assisting with system implementations, upgrades, patching activities, refreshes, and ongoing operational support.
• Investigating incidents and contributing to root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Providing on-call support for incidents and performance degradations as part of a rotation.
• Contributing to technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Partnering with engineering teams to enhance cloud operations processes and increase automation.
• Supporting SAP environments running on Linux, Windows, and SAP HANA.
