Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Patient Profile team in the Patient domain. You will drive end-to-end patient data collection from four channels to form a trusted health record that powers health recommendations and care plans.

You will own data quality, consent by design, and interfaces across teams, delivering core data services and setting the roadmap for the Patient Health Record and related trackers. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end patient data collection programme across every channel a patient record is built from, accountable for the result across all four channels.
• Define a useful patient record measurable definition and instrument it with dashboards.
• Coordinate with channel-owning teams to set interfaces, contracts and SLAs for data collection priorities.
• Own record quality and freshness, consent management, and identity services.
• Deliver data-serving layers: patient feature store, context service, and Patient Health Record features.
• Lead the Patient Profile team roadmap from PHR and trackers to the feature store and context service.
