Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Platform data management domain in Paris. You will own the vision for data storage, define the strategy for multiple datastores, ensure reliability and cost visibility, and partner with senior engineers to drive architectural decisions.

This role operates in a hybrid Paris environment, collaborating across 70+ teams and 600+ engineers to empower healthcare products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership and specs writing.
• Experience with technical platforms and large infra challenges.
• Able to influence 600+ engineers across 70+ teams.
• Fluent in English and French, international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the 2‑year vision for data storage and datastore products.
• Define strategy/roadmap for data management across multiple stores.
• Drive reliability, cost transparency, and SLOs across teams.
• Shape experiences for production data and AI product storage needs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to align stakeholders on trade-offs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from problem definition to rollout.
