Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale its acquisition engine across France, Germany and Italy. You will own the end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth funnel, from freemium to subscription and in-product upsell, contributing to ARR while lowering CAC for practitioners.

You will lead cross-country packaging, define pricing and eligibility, and drive initiatives with PMMs and teams across borders in a regulated healthcare context. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Experience defining and owning product-led growth initiatives for B2B SaaS.
• Ability to design and optimize freemium to paid conversion and renewals.
• Strong pricing, packaging, and eligibility decisions in multi-country contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Own freemium offer and define conversion paths to paid plans.
• Own subscription funnel across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout.
• Improve in-product flows to upgrade existing customers to higher-value plans.
• Define acquisition packaging, eligibility rules, and contract flows across FR/DE/IT.
• Lead marketing-led growth initiatives linking them to the core funnel.
