Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the Patient Profile team in the Patient domain. You will own the end-to-end patient data collection across four channels, defining what a useful record means and coordinating with partner teams to align contracts and priorities.

You will lead the roadmap for the Patient Health Record, trackers and feature store, collaborating across functions and ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• You have owned a coverage, completeness or data quality metric as your primary objective, and can say what it went from, to what, and over how long.
• You have real technical depth: you have owned a data platform component as a product, a feature store, a context or profile service, or an identity layer.
• You have shipped under a hard regulatory or consent constraint, in health, finance or identity, with privacy and consent by design.
• You are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end patient data collection programme across every channel a patient record is built from, and be accountable for the result across all four
• Define what a useful record actually means for the teams that depend on it, make that definition measurable, and instrument it rather than inheriting a dashboard
• Partner with the channel-owning teams inside and outside the group: set the inter-team contracts, agree how each channel contributes, and arbitrate collection priorities
• Own record quality and freshness rather than volume, alongside health data storage consent, patient account and online identity
• Ship the layers that serve this data to the rest of the product: the patient feature store, the patient context service and the Patient Health Record feature
• Lead the Patient Profile team's roadmap and delivery, from PHR (patient health record) and trackers through to the feature store and context service
