Doctolib is seeking a senior Data Product Lead in France to own the patient data collection programme across multiple channels. You will drive the definition, measurement, and governance of patient records, partnering with cross-functional teams to set contracts and priorities while ensuring privacy by design.

You will also own the data platform components—feature store, context service, and patient health record—leading the Patient Profile team’s roadmap and delivery with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• You have owned a coverage or data quality metric as your primary objective and can explain its evolution.
• You have worked with millions of records and defined inter-team interfaces and SLAs.
• You have shipped under privacy-by-design constraints in health, finance, or identity.
• You have owned a data platform component as a product or service.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end patient data collection programme across all channels.
• Define record usefulness, measure it, and instrument governance beyond dashboards.
• Partner with channel teams, set inter-team contracts, and arbitrate priorities.
• Own record quality, consent, and online identity alongside data storage.
• Deliver layers serving data: patient feature store, context service, and PHR.
• Lead the Patient Profile team's roadmap from PHR to context service.
