Job summary

Doctolib in Paris seeks a Senior Product Manager for the DODO data management Platform team. You will own the product strategy for data management, define key metrics, and partner with engineering to build scalable foundations for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will collaborate with data analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams in an international context, driving secure, compliant data solutions with an ambitious roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with direct ownership and delivery.
• Experience on technical platforms and data management.
• Experience launching products at large-scale international B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Scope and prioritize data management product requirements for many engineers and multiple datastores.
• Define vision, success metrics, and product strategy for data management products.
• Develop a prioritized roadmap with Engineering Manager for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand technical impact of architecture decisions.
• Explain decisions to stakeholders and drive autonomous project execution from problem to rollout.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of health data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with end users and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
