Job summary

Qonto seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager for Client Communication to own the platform-level orchestration of customer communications. You will build a shared, event-driven system and a unified log to support CRM, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams across Europe.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to close regulatory gaps, enhance operational excellence, and turn disparate tools into a scalable, cohesive program adopted across the company.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with platform-level responsibility across multiple tools and internal customers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/notification platforms (Braze, Customer.io, etc.).
• Experience navigating Regulatory, Marketing, Product, and Operations priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the greenfield platform for cross-tool orchestration and a unified communication log.
• Close regulatory gaps and improve operational excellence.
• Turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable system adopted by teams.
• Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to define scope from day one.
