Qonto is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Expert to streamline and strengthen our regulatory reporting across four markets within the Risk & Compliance team. You will ensure submissions are accurate and timely while building scalable processes and strong data collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in regulatory reporting, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive, analytic approach to evolving regulations. Fluent English is essential, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting in banks or fintechs.
• Strong Excel skills; database experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with solid project management.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory submissions: submit accurate regulatory reports to banking supervisors on time.
• Scalable reporting processes: develop reporting processes that scale as Qonto grows into new markets.
• Cross-team data gathering: work with teams across the company to collect the data needed for comprehensive, on-time reports.
• Regulatory monitoring: keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve.
• Cross-functional projects: contribute to projects that strengthen regulatory understanding and compliance company-wide.
