Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale its acquisition engine across France, Germany and Italy, owning end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth from freemium to subscription and in-product upsell. You will help grow ARR while reducing CAC and improving conversion for practitioners.

Qualifications

• Must have owned a PLG conversion, ARR or CAC metric as primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale.
• Able to scale product-led growth alongside a sales motion and decide between autonomous conversion vs warm leads.
• Proficient in data-driven funnel measurement and experimental decision making.
• Strong judgement on pricing, packaging, eligibility, freemium boundaries within regulated environments.
• Ability to influence direction for teams you do not manage and impact cross-functional metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Doctolib freemium offer: define free, metered, or demo-only, and design conversion paths to paid plans.
• Own and improve the subscription funnel for new business and upsell across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout unification.
• Design and improve in-product flows that move customers to higher-value plans.
• Define acquisition-side packaging: offer catalogue, eligibility rules, and contract flows across FR, DE and IT.
• Lead marketing-led growth initiatives: lead gen, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing tied to the product funnel.
• Direct cross-team delivery with PMMs and others to decide offers country-by-country and route to sales when appropriate.
