Job summary

Lever, Inc. in France is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer to shape engaging, practical learning programs for enterprise audiences, with a focus on AI and digital transformation.

This fully remote, part-time contract lets you work across international teams, translating complex concepts into hands-on learning experiences and scalable learning products. You will collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, instructors, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and assess

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in instructional or learning experience design with instructor-led content.
• Experience designing for enterprise, professional, technical, and workplace audiences.
• Hands-on development of presentations, guides, labs, simulations, and assessments.
• Proven ability to manage clients, stakeholders, instructors, and vendors through a content lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
• Ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design from discovery to delivery.
• Define objectives, personas, scopes, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and client teams to align programs with goals.
• Assess audience readiness and learning needs during pre-sales.
• Design instructor-led experiences across AI, digital transformation, and leadership.
• Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, labs, case studies, and simulations.
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, etc.) where appropriate.
• Develop scalable learning components and reusable resources.
• Translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging content.
• Maintain content currency with industry trends and responsible tech use.
