Job summary

Ledger is hiring an Internship - Learning & Development role to design and deliver learning experiences across the organization. You will coordinate a global network of contributors, build training content, and manage resources within the LMS (Sana).

You will work with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, track impact data, and support the 2026 L&D roadmap alongside senior leaders. This remote role favors candidates based in Paris, France.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Learning & Development, HR, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to turn complex topics into clear content.
• Comfort with coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy an AI training program across teams and geographies.
• Onboard internal contributors and facilitate kickoff, monthly check-ins, and retrospectives.
• Create learning content from team AI use cases and maintain resources.
• Track adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Support L&D roadmap rollout and assist managers with project scoping.
