Job summary
Lever, Inc. is seeking a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in France for a partner company.
You will identify, attract, and hire top tech talent globally, focusing on Europe, the United States, and Latin America, while driving AI-powered sourcing strategies in a remote, high-trust environment. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to optimize candidate experience, interview processes, and hiring workflows, supporting rapid growth with a doer mindset and a passion for AI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- At least 2 years focused on technology recruitment.
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Global sourcing experience across regions (EU/US/Latin America).
- Hands-on familiarity with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead global talent sourcing across major tech hubs.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Build long-term talent relationships and pipelines.
- Own the candidate journey from outreach to offer.
- Conduct structured technical interviews and provide feedback.
